At Artzy Shack, we take pride in our customer service and always issue an apology when it’s due. Having said that due to the nature of our business as all out items are hand made to order, items may not be returned for that reason.
If you receive an item that is incorrect or you believe you may be missing part of your order, you must notify us within 3 business days of receipt as shown on your tracking information.
